“Sugar” Shane Mosley “No I would not do MMA, I am going to stick with Boxing”

So now that boxing legend and future hall of famer “Sugar” Shane Mosley is retired from the sport of pugilism, our very own Michael Mardones asked him if we could ever see him step inside a MMA cage and compete with a MMA organization. Molsey was very frank in his answer, “No I would never do that. I make a lot of money in boxing so I am just going to stick to that.”

The former three time champion who has signature wins over Oscar De La Hoya, Antonio Margarito and Fernando Vargas made sure to praise MMA and the athletes who participate in the sport, “I use to watch Rampage a lot but I stopped watching. He is a personal friend of mine. I know it is a great sport and they are tough in their.” It is good to see boxers like Shane Mosley as well as others such as Paulie Malignaggi show respect and not bash a fellow combat sport. Now if they could get fans of both sports to hug it out, we would be happy little campers.
