Fight Hub TV caught up with UFC lightweight Anthony Njokuani in Las Vegas recently as he talked to us about some recent hot topics in the world of MMA. Njokuani will be making his UFC debut this Saturday at UFC 128 on the under card of Rua vs. Jones. His opponent, Brazilian, Edson Barboza is undefeated in his seven bouts with six of them via KO. It will be a tough test for the young Njokuani as his opponent was a professional kick boxer with a record of 25-3.
“It is a big challenge and you know me, I love to be challenged,” said Njokuani. With the merging of the WEC, the UFC lightweight division is one of the most stacked in recent memory, with just about in any opponent possessing the goods to be the champion. “I know I am going to be challenged heavily in the UFC and I really can’t wait to do it.”
