Our first guest is back for round two with the show… You might not be all the way familiar with Chidi Njokuani, but truth of the matter is you know him better then you think. Chidi is the little Big brother of UFC Knockout Artist Anthony Njokuani. They both have similar fighting styles, and both pack concrete into their gloves everytime they put their rock hard hands in them, but the scary thing is Chidi is bigger then his brother! Chidi is slated to take on Wand Fight Team product and one-time WEC veteran Sidney Silva. We will talk to Chidi about training with his brother, who’s the better striker, livning and fighting in Vegas, where we might see him after this fight, and much more.
Our next guest is a beast on the ground and when he is flying through the air to latch onto your arm and rip the damn thing off. That’s right we got the main event for January 29th MMA Xplosion card Vinny Magalhaes. Vinny is recognized by the casual fan from his time on The Ultimate Fighter Nog vs Mir. To the hardcore fan though he can be thought of as BJJ badass for his age. I mean cmon in 2005 he took the title of Brazilian National Jiu-Jitsu Championship in the Absolute Division. Vinny since his time out of the UFC has went 3-1 with all three wins coming by way of submission finish. Vinny is set to face off against undefeated up-and-comer Robert “Damien Knight” Scott. We will talk to Vinny about his time in both sports, JJ for MMA, and which one he gets more nervous for a fight or a tournament as he has competed on both the sports biggest stages.
Hour two is packed and stacked so get the fuck ready! Our first guest is none other then the New York Badass! That’s right we got one of the hardest kats in the sport stopping by the shop to chop it up! Phil Baroni is known for his sure power and strength, dude will roll you up believe that! Phil Baroni is a dude with a story, we will talk to Phil about growing up in Long Island, NY. His days of amateur Kickboxing and boxing as well as Body Building as a teenager. Fighting in the UFC, Pride, and other orgs, and you know we will talk to Phil about his recent signing with Titan Fighting Championship.
They say you save the best for last and our last guest has done a ton for the sport and even more for the warriors that step into the cage and bang it out! That’s right we got the man and one of the founding fathers of TapOut PUNKASS! That’s right we got the man that with Charles “Mask” Lewis Jr., a van, and a dream not only have made it possible for fighters to be fighters, but also helped aid in making this sport mainstream. If you ever see a fight shirt just think without PUNKASS, Mask, and Skrape that shirt might not have had a chance to be made! We have plenty to talk to Punkass about from the start of the brand and the crazy stories that go with the underground era of the sport, to where he thinks this sport will be in ten years. With TapOut recently being sold we will talk to Punkass about what is next for him and if he has anything in store for the MMA world outside of TapOut.
