Shane Mosley “I know I will be able to get good hard punches onto Pacquiao. “

“Sugar” Shane Mosley invited press and media members up to his Big Bear training camp today as the former three division champion gave a sneak peak of the type of shape he will come in against pound-4-pound king Manny Pacquiao. As always, Mosley is being trained by Nazim Richardson as over more than 50 members of the media spent several hours watching the two drill, hit mitts and conduct interviews.

Up to this point, many have been counting Mosley out, but the former champ contends, ā€œIā€™m bigger and faster than anyone he has fought against in his career. There is a lot of motivation there. It psychs you out and it has an adverse effect on you. I really want to prove people wrong. I did it against (Antonio) Margarito and I will do it against Pacquiao. I just feel that my power, speed, and movement is going to give him problems.ā€

Though Mosley seems to be confident, he himself knows it will be a daunting chance to get the win over Manny Pacquiao, “I know how difficult this fight is. Pacquiao fires punches from all kinds of angles, is on his toes during late rounds and gives you different looks. But pure power can take over all of that. I know I will be able to get good hard punches onto Pacquiao,” said Mosley.

The biggest fight of 2011. Pacquiao vs. Mosley will take place on May 7th, live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada and only on Showtime PPV. If your still hoping for a ticket, good luck as during the media workout, Top Rank promoter Bob Arum announced that the fight is officially sold out.
