Sengoku has added Two additional mma bouts to it’s year-end “Sengoku: Soul of Fight,” show. They include Sengoku featherweight champ Marlon Sandro (17-1 MMA, 5-1 SRC) vs. Hatsu Hioki (22-4-2 MMA, 4-1 SRC) and Kazuo Misaki (22-11-2 MMA, 3-3 SRC) vs. Mike Seal (13-13-1 MMA, 0-0 SRC).
The year end show is usually in conjunction with DREAM, but this year no such collaboration will be made. “Soul of Fight” takes place Dec. 30 at Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo, and some portion of the event is expected to air on HDNet in the U.S.
This will be Marlon Sandro’s first title defense since defeating Masanori Kanehara in June for the Sengoku featherweight title as his opponent has recently won the Shooto lightweight (143-pound) title.
