Top Rank President Todd DuBoef announced earlier today that Brandon Rios (25-0-1, 18 KO) will in fact replace Kelly Pavlik and will now face Omri Lowther on the under card of the November 13th, Manny Pacquiao/Antonio Margarito card.
Rios was scheduled to be on the Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs. Alfonso Gomez card on December 4th. With Rios being bumped up, Vanes Martirosyan is a likely replacement for the void now created on December 4th in Anahiem.
