Ryan Rhodes fought a valiant twelve rounds with WBC light middleweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez ten days ago in Guadalajara, Mexico. Though many were picking for the bout to be competitive, Alvarez showed his growth as a fighter and took the bout to Rhodes, knocking him down multiple times before getting the stoppage over Rhodes in round twelve.
