After to what he admits was a disappointing run in the UFC , Paul Buentello is on the comeback trail to get back into the big leagues. He has gone through many changes since his last fight with UFC Heavyweight Chieck Kongo and has enlisted the help of current MFC lightweight champion Antonio Mckee to progress his mental and physical training. Located in Lakewood CA, The bodyshop which is Mckee’s home base has seen a who’s who of current mma fighters come through and train. Names like Rampage, Bob Sapp, Brett Rogers, Jason High, Jesse Juarez, Brett Cooper and others can all credit The Body Shop in helping them in their careers in many aspects. For Buentello is has been no different as with the help of Mckee he easily won a unanimous decision victory over Bryan Humes at Shark Fights 11.
Now Buentello with the help of Mckee has a huge task ahead of him as he prepares to battle with former UFC Heavyweight champion Tim Sylvia this Saturday, August 14th at the Bren Events Center in Irvine, CA.
