On the heels of his rematch with Jesus Soto-Karass, Mike Jones gave the classic double lats pose made famous by body builders Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Columbutoday at the Top Rank Gym in Las Vegas. Jones and Karass will go head to head this Saturday on the under card of Nonito Donaire vs. Fernando Montiel on HBO: Boxing After Dark.
Meanwhile Jesus Soto Karass poses for cameras at the Goossen Gym in California. Karass is supremely confident that he will defeat Mike Jones in a rematch that according to him, should not be happening. The fighter was seen by many as being robbed last November at Cowboy Stadium in Dallas.
“I am not the only one who though I won the fight a lot people did. And I think that is way are doing the rematch, because not only was it a good fight, but the wrong guy got the decision. I expect Mike Jones to be better, because I know that I will better. After you fight a guy, you know what to expect and I think that will be the case Saturday night, ” says Soto-Karass.
Team Soto-Karass will arrive in Las Vegas tonight.
