On the heels of this weekend’s Strikeforce show in San Diego, we had the pleasure of attending the Strikeforce open workouts yesterday at The Arena. Cool thing about the gym is that it is across the street from The World Famous Body Shop! Though we had no time to get our boobie fix in, we did have time to speak to just about everyone associated with the Strikeforce card.
In this special one on one, fight correspondent Marcos Villegas spoke with #1 Strikeforce lightweight contender Jorge Masvidal about his upcoming title shot with champion Gilbert Melendez. Masvidal is oozing confidence, much like how Razor Ramon oozed machismo (must be a cuban thing?) All jokes aside, Masvidal believes he holds all the advantages in the bout this Saturday night as he tells Marcos this and much more!
