UFC Middleweight Mark Munoz Predicts Jones vs. Rua

UFC middleweight Mark Munoz is on a roll. The former Oklahoma State University Division 1 champion has had back to back wins against oddly friends Aaron Simpson and C.B. Dollaway and has been moving himself up the ladder in the UFC middleweight division. It seems Munoz likes to keeps himself busy as with only a few weeks separated from his last bout will meet Damian Maia at UFC 131 in Vancouver, Canada. “I like long thirteen week training camps,” Munoz commented to Fight Hub TV “They progressively go up in intensity as a fight approaches.”

Though Munoz took a week vacation in which he admits all he did was eat sushi and relax with his family, the fighter does prefer to stay as active as he has been. We caught up with him after one of his training session as he breaks down the main event of this weekends UFC 128 light heavyweight title bout between champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and challenger Jon “Bones” Jones.

We get a lovely little bonus from Munoz as for free of charge chimes in on the co-main event of the evening featuring former WEC kingpin Urijah Faber and Eddie Wineland.
