It has been announced by Top Rank that Former middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik has a injured rib and will not be fighting on the November 13 Pacquiao-Margarito pay-per-view card in Dallas.
It appears Pavlik has sustained a rib injury as was confirmed by Top Rank President Todd DuBoef.
