First we got on a man who is making a name for himself in MMA. Gabe first started out as a Strongman Competitor, placing 5th in the NASS Teenage National Championships. One day, while lifting weights at his local gym, he was invited to a small Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class in the gym by the coach, Richard Jessee. Gabe went, and was completely embarrassed by Rich. He immediately fell in love with BJJ, and was determined to learn it. Eventually, his passion for BJJ evolved into his first MMA fight in Roanoke, VA and he’s been hooked ever since! We got plenty to talk to Gabe about including his upcoming fight on Dec. 3rd on HDNET TV for XFO!
Ricardo Lamas is a man that you want to keep an eye on. With a record of 9-1 and his only loss coming from Danny Castillo. Ricardo has been on the mat for a while and even was a National Champ, did I say he racked up more then a 100 wins while doing so? Ricardo will be one of a few fighters performing on the last WEC card. Ricardo will face Yuri Alcantara, so you know we have plenty to talk about with Ricardo from fighting in the last WEC, to dominating on both mats! John “Doomsday” Howard is coming back on the show and it’s been a while since we had the homie on. Dooms was on a 7 fight win streak when in his last fight at UFC Live on Versus 2 in San Diego the doctor called a stoppage to the fight. Dooms is looking to make a serious jump back into title contention talk with a win over Thiago Alves on December 11, 2010 at UFC 124. We will talk to Dooms about his last fight, having a doctor stop the fight, getting punched in his face when it was that swollen, his upcoming fight against a big name like Thiago. His beef with Rumble Johnson that looks like it has sparked back up, his thoughts on the merger and much more. You know when Dooms in the Barber Shop it’s going to get super CRAZY! Yeah, so let me say one thing, if you don’t know who are next guest is I gurantee that you would be able to put a body to a name. Brittney Palmer might be only 22, but she is not the girl next door! If this girl lived next door to me growing up, I would’ve cut her grass for free ha-ha.. Brittney has been a ring girl since 2008 and now we are going to get to see her pretty face next to the other lovely ladies that remind us that not all of MMA is blood and savegry, but that even inside the cage their is some beauty, okay A TON OF IT!
