Everyone’s favorite British scrapper, Dan Hardy recently made a trek up to Canada to train with the illegitimate son of Jean Claude Van Damme, UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre. This was no chance encounter as St-Pierre felt that the style of Hardy closely resembled that of Carlos Condit, his up coming opponent at UFC 137.
Though the two may of shared tea time together, Hardy was all business looking to pick up tips that could get him out of his four fight losing slump. As hardy explains to us, it was a great learning expereince, as St-Pierre and himself joked around about some the things Hardy stated in the build up to their fight back in March of 2010. In this special sit down interview with our Las Vegas fight correspondent Michael Mardones, Hardy opens up to us about his time with St-Pierre and how initially he was a bit hesitant as to how he would be received.
