Ken Yates follows the growing mma scene in Hawaii very closely. He lives and breathes the sport and has just about seen or read every amateur that is currently competing on the islands. The man has good taste.
It’s why we cant deny him when he was raving about a kid named Chris Cisneros, and how it was only a matter of time that we would see him in the UFC or Strikeforce. Cisneros has been on a pretty good streak as of late, winning his last two fights via submission. He has been stepping up his training as well, visiting Long Beach, CA to train with Antonio Mckee at The BodyShop. It proved to be time well spent as he marked up yet another win via submission against James Stanford.
