On Wednesday, undefeated light-middleweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez held an open media workout at his home base in Big Bear, CA. He of course is preparing to face off with “Sugar” Shane Mosley on May 5th in Las Vegas, NV. Alvarez did a rare thing and actually sparred for five rounds, showing all those in attendance his continued growth as a fighter (See the footage here). The young kid looked good, working uppercuts, combination punching and sparring four minute rounds.
