So we randomly ran into Josh Barnett a few weeks back at CSW. He was training and getting a good workout in as some new recruits went over to him and asked him what these big ass poles were for over in the corner. Josh smiled and said, “let me show you.” We of course turned on our camera and recorded him displaying how to use the big poles.
