Brad Tavares is looking “for a fast KO” of Dongi Yang at UFC on Fuel TV 3

With UFC on Fuel TV 3 just a few days away, we decided to give our MMA fans a early fix of pre-fight interviews with some of the fighters on that card. UFC middleweight Brad Tavares came onto our radars as a participant on the 2010 season of The Ultimate Fighter in 2011 he went 1-1 in the octagon, defeating everyone’s favorite New Yorker, Phil Baroni and losing to Aaron Simpson. Since then UFC fans have not seen Tavares as he suffered an injury though the Hawaiian based figther is now on track.

Michael Mardones caught up with him after a recent training session in Las Vegas, as the fighter is hoping for a fast KO over opponent Dongi Yang this Tuesday at UFC on Fuel TV 3. He also shares how his training partners Jay Hieron and Martin Kampmann have helped him prepare for Yang’s southpaw style.
