The man known as Cinnamon in Spanish, Saul “Canelo” Alvarez had a throng of fans this past Wednesday, as the rising Mexican star shadow boxed, jumped roped and hit the mitts for all of us to see. “Canelo” of course has a huge test as this Saturday at Staples Center as he will be facing Carlos “Tata” Baldomir, a veteran of the ring who has fought the best fighters of his era. The card which is titled 200: Celebrate and Dominate will also see Sugar Shane Mosley take on Sergio Mora and Victor Ortiz take on Vivian Harris.
