One knows they are at an optimum level of baller-ness when the gym you’re training is has a full turntable and speaker system with a DJ to boot. That is a level everyone can strive to achieve. What can not be achieved, however, is reaching the level of fable that this Fight Hub TV exclusive demonstrates.
In this video, Mark Munoz and Nonito Donaire bust out moves that would make the illegitimate child of Janet Jackson and Dusty Rhodes flee in terror. “The Dougie” is an incredibly convoluted process of infinite intricacies and integers, yet is somehow effortlessly/flawlessly done by this Filipino duet. We’re assuming the people Donaire unsuccessfully tries to lure onto the floor just honestly can’t handle what they’re seeing and have mentally/physically shut down.
Munoz is coming off of his biggest career win to date, defeating Demian Maia via unanimous decision. He’ll be riding a three-fight-win-streak heading into UFC 138 where he will take on Chris Leben in the UFC’s first ever five-round non-title main event. His waltzing colleague, Donaire is a definite star on the rise in the boxing world, and is coming off of a BRUTAL knockout win over Fernando Montiel this past February. It’s safe to say their next fights will be ones to see.
We hope this video will serve as the catalyst that brings the boxing and MMA worlds to a better understanding of one another.
