This past weekend, those fans in attendance at War On The Mainland in Irvine CA, saw the return of fan favorite Jens “lil evil” Pulver. Pulver, was attempting to rally back from 5 straight consecutive losses against virtual unknown Diego Garijo. Leading up to the bout, Pulver had stated that his stints in the WEC and poor performances were due to personal problems and a lack of love for fighting. With renewed vigor, he entered the mainland ring on Saturday. Pulver would lose via yet another guillotine choke after being caught by the southpaw’s left straight that sent him tumbling down in the first round.
