The day after is sweet, isn’t it? I went back and watched the fight again, and you have to be impressed with just how well he played chess with Canelo Alvarez last night. They thought the 15 pound weight difference and power punching was going to end Mayweather’s historic run, but in the end, Mayweather ended up making Canelo look like almost every other Mayweather opponent.
It was still a great performance by the 23-year-old.
