In anticipation for this weekends fight Mexican ring legend Erik “Terrible” Morales and Dominican Francisco “El Ahogado” Lorenzo held a press conference in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The two fight this weekend in Tijuana.
“He’s a very experienced opponent who has fought good fighters and it’s guaranteed to be a great show for the fans to come out to support me in my return to Tijuana,” said Morales.
The original match was suppose to pit Jorge Barrios against Morales and Francisco Lorenzo has stepped in.
“I came to win and if I can I’ll knock him out … I expect a very difficult fight and I will give everything in the ring to take the WBC Silver welterweight belt. I am full of confidence,” said Lorenzo.
