This will go down as one of the most underrated cards ever. I’m calling it now. The crowd in Kentucky was unlike one I’ve ever heard before outside a Philadelphia bingo hall chanting “ECW!” It was truly jsut a night of high-octane action and great fight after great fight. The YouTube prelims alone were worth paying for in my opinion, and I also nominate them as the best Youtube prelims ever.
Tim Kennedy met Rafael Natal in the main event and in front of his soldier friends and maybe just friends. Possibly just soldiers as well. Lots of different combinations.
Then he ****ing knocked out Natal. It was awesome. So awesome.BOOM!
Alexis Davis battered the leg of Liz Carmouche, but Carmouche muscled back with the heart she’s known for, bloodying Davis in a wild brawl. Why is every fight on this card awesome? Alexis Davis continually chops down the tough Carmouche to the unanimous decision.
I just can’t believe what I saw here. From the Jorge Masvidal/Khabilov fight. Thugjitsu getting squashed, the insane crowd… I seriously can’t stress enough how loud this crowd was. Markes vs. Romero was as explosive as predicted, and kind of a ridiculous fight if you ask me. I love Romero so much. He’s incredible.
