UFC women’s bantamweight champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey recently made her way back into the gym after minor knee surgery and fixing up her broken hand she sustained during her 16 second destruction over Alexis Davis at UFC 175 in July.

Although Rousey does not currently have a fight lined up, she never misses a chance to hone her skills with longtime trainer Edmond Tarverdyan.

FightHubTV was on the scene during a recent Rousey mitt session with Tarverdyan, and needless to say, the champ looks as good as ever. Check out Rousey’s workout in the video below:

Rousey is seemingly improving by the day, and that does not bode well for the bevy of challengers in the UFC women’s bantamweight division.

With Cat Zingano returning to the fold this weekend at UFC 178 against Amanda Nunes, Rousey may have a new opponent come Sunday morning.

Fast forwarding a bit, former StrikeForce featherweight champion and current Invicta featherweight champion, Cris Cyborg will be making her bantamweight debut at Invicta 10. If Cyborg makes the weight safely and defeats her opponent, you can bet she will be making her way to the Octagon to face off against Rousey in 2015.
