Former Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo will return to the Octagon on March 14th to take on former No. 1 flyweight contender Chris Cariaso.
Cejudo made his UFC debut at UFC on FOX 13 this past December, defeating Dustin Kimura in a Bantamweight bout via unanimous decision.
After failing to make the 125 pound limit in his scheduled UFC debut for UFC 177, Cejudo will now get one more chance to make the weight at UFC 185 against Cariaso.
If Cejudo is able to make the weight and win a handful of fights, we could see the Olympic medalist fighting for UFC gold by year’s end.
