Patrick Cote received his pink slip from the UFC today. The fighter announced the cut today via his twitter.
“I had a little hope but (I) finally got the release word from the UFC, It’s been [an] awesome experience. I’ll be back.”
Cote recently dropped a loss to Tom Lawlor this past weekend at UFC 121, at the Honda Center. The loss marked the thrid strike in a row in his UFC career of as the Canadian also suffered losses to champion Anderson Silva at UFC 90 and Alan Belcher at UFC 113.
