All the main events fighters for this weekend’s UFC on Fox 4 card are now here in Los Angeles as earlier today they put on a short workout for assembled media in attendance. Though we wish the fighters would workout for a bit longer, they spent a good amount of time speaking with us (unfortunately in a scrum setting). In this clip main eventer Mauricio “Shogun” Rua hits the pads and works some submissions ahead of his bout with Brandon Vera.
