It all started with the strangest of interviews. One in which Anderson Silva said that the best outcome would be for Weidman to walk away champion. This was days before the fight, and even then Anderson was saying he didn’t want a rematch. Talk about not having confidence in yourself? That was weird enough, and I personally think Anderson was jsut playing and got caught, but that hasn’t stopped the rumors of a fix being in for the UFC 162 main event. This weird article then surfaced, with Minotauro Nogueira being quoted to say:
“If people knew what really happened in the defeat of Anderson, they would be disgusted.”
