Shawn Porter will look to live up to his nickname “Showtime” Saturday night at the StubHub Center in Carson, California when he faces the undefeated Kell Brook.

Despite having just one knockout in his last six bouts Porter is confident that he will end the fight early.

Porter plans to show that Brook that he is not “Special” as one of his several nicknames includes, and has mentioned he is gunning on not letting the fight go past four rounds.

Coming off his TKO victory over Paulie Malignaggi, Porter has a ton of momentum in his corner that he hopes to parlay into a possible mega fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. or Manny Pacquiao next year.

With a lot of talk surrounding Brook’s power right hand, Porter isn’t impressed and says it’s only one hand and it will be the only thing he has to worry about Saturday night.

Brook hasn’t faced the level of competition that Porter has, so it will be his first big test in the ring in his 32-fight career.

That on top of the fact that this will mark only the second time Brook has fought in the United States puts more pressure on the British fighter.
