With the recent backlash of Antonio Margarito, Robert Garcia and Brandon Rios have gotten with the mocking of Freddie Roach’s Parkinson’s disease, Fight Hub TV remembered that it had a interesting question we had asked Margarito a few weeks back.
The question?
We asked him his thoughts on Luis Resto, the Puerto Rican boxer from the bronx who along with Panama Lewis took part in using gloves with no padding in his fight with Jimmy Collins Jr. When asked the question Margarito pauses for a second and his interpreter seems to either mistranslates or intentionally interprets the question to Margarito who then goes on to say “Whose Luis Ernesto.”
After playing our video back, the question was quite clear to us and we do know that Margarito does understand English. So was it a case of lost in translation or intentional misinterpretation?
