Johny Hendricks has five or six plans for GSP. I’m pretty sure about plans one through three, those being:
1. Knock GSP out with left hand.
2. Knock GSP out with right hand.
3. Use wrestling to control GSP
What are the others? It could be a combination of the above, but why not go to Hendricks to find out (or will we?)
“Listen, I know this is going to be a wrestling match. I can throw power shots. That’s what’s exciting, if I told myself ‘i’m strictly going to wrestle with GSP’ how would I beat myself? If I went in there with a wrestling mentality how would I beat myself. I love history and battles of history, and usually if they had one gameplan, they failed, if they had multiple gameplans ‘if this one fails we revert back to B, we may lose a little bit but we can push here.’ I have five or six gameplans to win this fight.”
The only flipside to that coin, is that if Hendricks has five or six gameplans, GSP may have eleven or twelve.
