The team over here at Fight Hub TV is very involved with supporting up and coming fighters in combat sports. We have helped guys from San Diego to Fresno, Orange County and beyond in helping them get their names out or at the very least provide them some coverage via out videos or our super awesome radio show.
Joe Henley is one such fighter that we met and brings quiet a interesting story that reminded us of Rich Franklin. Henley had a college football career at Cal Lutheran and like many college graduates had a hard time finding a job after college. So what is a recent grad to do? Go find anyway possible to make that cheddar! Henley turned to teaching and became a substitute teacher. During that time he had a chance encounter with a pretty well known Armenian UFC fighter and they say, the rest is history.
So lets give the kid a chance and hear out his story folks, you will be pleasantly surprised.
