Well you have heard the age old adage, “Better late than never,” correct? Well count us in on being a firm believer on that one as it did take us awhile to finally get our post-fight interviews on this weekend’s Amir Khan vs. Zab Judah junior welterweight unification bout but alas we finally got something out. Speaking of which, we were pretty disappointed at the way the fight ended. It felt very anti-climatic to us as from ringside you could not tell if the body shot that ended the fight was a low blow or on the belt line. Judah of course disputes that it was low but replays clearly showed that at best it was a borderline shot, either or Judah should of gotten up.
As always, our fight correspondent Marcos Villegas was on the scene as he caught up with Freddie Roach spoke to reflect on Amir Khan’s 5th round KO win over Zab Judah.
