Canelo Alvarez thinks one small mistake could cost him fight with Alfredo Angulo

Canelo on Angulo 3-5

Knowing that your opponent is dangerous and not over looking that fact is key heading into any fight.

Saul “Canelo” Alvarez knows that he cannot look past Alfredo Angulo’s power when they meet at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Alvarez must minimize his mistakes so he doesn’t give Angulo the chance to land a blow that could hurt Canelo and possibly end the bout.

This, of course, goes both ways, as we have seen Angulo make mistakes that end up costing him bouts. He has lost two of his last four bouts via early stoppage, so Angulo knows all to well the consequences of mistakes.

The biggest mistake Canelo could make is getting into a brawl with Angulo instead of trying to boxing and fight behind his superb defensive skills.

Angulo loves to brawl and is not afraid to take a punch to give a punch, so Alvarez would be best suited shying away from a slugfest and stick with counter punching to outpoint Angulo after 12 rounds.
