Kell “Special K” Brook will look to disprove the doubters Saturday night at The StubHub Center in Carson, California as he takes on rising star Shawn Porter.

As the fight nears both Brook’s and Porter have appeared to be very confident that each will take care of business this weekend and most of the fan reaction seems to back Porter.

Brook will fight in America for just the second time Saturday night, but insisted earlier in the week it would be just another fight.

Porter’s camp has been discrediting Brook’s nickname that include the word “special” by calling him “normal” and the undefeated British fighter will look to show his 32-0 record isn’t just for show.

Brook has stayed calm and about the trash-talk and plans to quiet all the jibber jabber in the ring by adding another victory to his unblemished record.

Planning on using the doubt that he can’t win to motivate himself further, Brook doesn’t care what is being said and wants to make the most of the opportunity he has fought so hard to earn.

So despite the majority of the boxing world counting Brook out before he even steps in the ring, he is out to end a long journey toward a title fight with a win to hush those doubters once and for all.
