It was a rough and tumble night for one Andre Berto, as he experienced the second defeat of his career to Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero in a night in which he suffered two knockdowns and two really huge swollen eyes. Berto for his part was not able to create distance between himself and Guerrero which must of instantly brought him flashbacks to his bout with Victor Ortiz.
Over the course of twelve rounds Guerrero battered Berto on the inside and was rightfully awarded a unanimous decision victory. After the match Andre Berto was taking to a local hospital for precautionary measures and did not attend the post fight press conference, though Guerrero was on hand in which he spoke to assembled media on his huge win.
