Bellator 125 went down last live on Spike TV from the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California and was headlined by an electric middleweight tilt between heavy handed strikers Melvin Manhoef and Doug Marshall.
In the end, the fight did not last very long as many suspected as Manhoef demolished Marshall via a hellacious knockout that had the former Bellator title challenger faceplant on the mat.

With the KO victory in his Bellator debut, Manhoef earned a crack at the Bellator middleweight title.
Manhoef won’t have to wait long to find out who he will be fighting against for the title as current champion Alexander Shlemenko takes on Brandon Halsey in the main event of Bellator 126 next week.
