The UFC is heading to Mexico for the first time this coming November with a stacked pay-per-view card. UFC 180 is chock full of Mexican talent and headlined by the highly anticipated heavyweight title fight between Cain Velasquez and Fabricio Werdum.
Among those with Mexican descent fighting at UFC 180 is former featherweight title contender Ricardo Lamas, who takes on the streaking Dennis Bermudez on the pay-per-view portion of the card.
Bermudez has won seven straight fights dating back to his lone UFC loss which occurred against Diego Brandao at the TUF 14 Finale. Stepping into enemy territory, Bermudez is hoping to take out Lamas and stake his claim as the No. 1 contender in the featherweight division.
