It would be awesome if Ricardo took this MMA run seriously, and tried to learn at least a little bit of the ground game. In his last fight he used illegal blows in what was little more than a street fight to win, now he’s showing his ineptitude for the ground game once again. Man.
This is what you get when you decide to move into MMA when you’re far past your prime and have trained the ground game in half-assed fashion for maybe a few months at best. Mayorga wants to prove boxing is better, but even the best boxer can’t defend the guillotine.
