The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has swept the nation as thousands upon thousands of people, celebrities, and athletes have all taken part in raising awareness and donating to help eradicate this terrible disease.
The mixed martial arts community was recently treated to one of the most hilarious Ice Bucket Challenges courtesy of former UFC featherweight title challenger Ricardo Lamas.
