In west Phila….whoops. Ah, we know you were singing along also! But this is the true story of how Mr. Ken-Flo got engaged to his main boo, Clark Gilmer. And though we are not really sure it happened in Bel-Air (Bel-Air, LA, same thing right?) we do know that Kenny pulled in a keeper.
