There is something about trash talking that builds hype for a fight in a unique way. Other than analyzing both fighters strengths and weaknesses, trash talking gets casual fans talking and interested in seeing the adversaries throw down in the Octagon.
The latest iteration of trash talking in the UFC came yesterday courtesy of lightweights Diego Sanchez and Norman Parke. The two men are scheduled to battle at UFC 180 in November, but the first exchange has already gone down on twitter.
