Edmond Tarverdyan has his hands full with the Four Horsewomen;  Shayna, Ronda, Marina and Jessamyn, but that doesn’t mean he won’t take on a world-class fighter such as Jake Ellenberger. Think about it: Jake Ellenberger is a win over Robbie Lawler away from very likely getting a title shot, and then there can be two UFC champions in Glendale, California.

That’s a very real scenario.

So now we go to our Michael Mardones, who is speaking to the new head coach of Jake Ellenberger, and coach of Ronda Rousey, Edmond Tarverdyan. A gentle monster if there ever was one.

It’s an interesting combination, for sure. You have to wonder if training with Ronda will up Ellenberger’s judo and BJJ. Will his upcoming fight with Robbie Lawler go to the ground? I don’t know, but I can’t wait for that fight. This really spices it up.
