Well Golden Boy looks to end their 2013 boxing calendar with a bang as probably the most stacked card they have put on this year becomes finalized. The Dec. 14th card will feature the main event between Adrien Broner and Marcos Maidana. This alone could of been fine for boxing fans to see and relish but you gotta give it to Showtime and Golden Boy. In all honesty they could of stopped here and put on some crappy undercard fighters that night at the Alamodome but instead we will get to see Jesus Soto-Karass take on Keith Thurman, Leo Santa Cruz and the return of Victor Ortiz.
The Thurman-Soto Karass being one we all have a especially close eye on as Thurman has sledgehammers for hands and Karass is as tough as they come. We personally feel it will end in a brutal knockout but honestly this will probably be a night of knockouts. Yesterday in San Anotonio, Golden Boy and Showtime held the official press conference to start the countdown to this show, we have the full highlights below!
