UFC welterweight Gunnar “Gunni” Nelson was sent back to the drawing board after a five round unanimous decision loss to perennial contender Rick Story just two weeks ago at UFC Fight Night 53 in Stockholm, Sweden.
While some fighters would sulk after such a tough loss, Nelson got right back on the horse, training at SBG Ireland in hopes of redeeming himself whenever he is given his next fight in the UFC.
To be an elite martial artist it not only requires a rigorous training regimen, but a steadfast diet as well. Nelson is focused on being the best fighter he can be, and shared with his twitter followers his “breakfast of champions” this morning:
