Even following his dominant victory over bitter rival Daniel Cormier this weekend at UFC 182, UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones was still irked by how much trash-talking Cormier did prior to their monumental title bout.
Heading into the fight, Cormier was extremely confident in his Olympic-caliber wrestling, noting he could take Jones down “100 times”.
Once the two men got into the cage, however, it was a completely different story with the champion having the clear wrestling advantage, earning three takedowns compared to Cormier’s one.
