Michael Bisping “I Fancy my chances against Anderson Silva; I match up well with him”

When you become a world champion you are put on a hit list for potential opponents and contenders. When you look at boxing you see time and time again that so called “champions” hardly ever fight all comers, but this is where MMA has learned from boxing’s short comings. One of the most dominant athletes in all combat sports is no stranger to this as Anderson Silva has fostered a undefeated streak since 2007 defending his title 10 times in the process.

This weekend middleweight’s Jason “Mayhem” Miller and Michael Bisping will go at it in the finale of season 14 of the Ultimate Fighter. For Miller this is his second chance at the big leagues and to make a statement but for Bisping much more is at stake. A win will certainly put him into title contention and in all likelihood have him one away from Silva. The Britt realizes that and speaks to our fight correspondent Marcos Villegas about the possibility of fighting Anderson Silva.
