What’s funny is that I remember Dan Henderson saying he had 5 or 6 fights left 5 or 6 fights ago, but I won’t complain. His is a situation that I don’t mind when it comes to TRT. Give it to the 40-year-olds and older. That’s the way to do it in my opinion. I love watching Hendo fight, and if TRT can extend his career, then more power to him. It’s the 25-year-old Todd Duffee’s of the world I can’t stand.
So either way, Hendo is gearing up for Vitor Belfort, and he’s pumped. This is what he said to FOX Sports.
“I’m excited to go out there and fight somebody that’s gonna bang with me. Vitor’s been around a long time. He’s very dangerous and he’s very quick,” he said. “Seems like he’s got some kicks now, so I guess that’s different than before. I’m excited to go out and fight him.”
