Love him or hate him, Tyson Fury is must watch TV whenever he fights. The dude is gifted in one of the most essential things in the fight game: Promotion. So many boxers and fighters now a days are just so plain. Devoid of personality due to managers and PR people morphing their personalities so they sell well to sponsors. I get the whole sportsmanship thing, showing respect for your opponent, putting on a good image for kids but for christ sakes! Fighting is entertainment! I want to be entertained!
Tyson Fury is just that and is a gut check to those uptight fans that feel his type of brash self promotion should not be allowed in the sport. When Tyson Fury speaks, you listen and 100% of the time he will hook you one way or another. The boxing world needs more Tyson Fury’s. Regardless of what your opinion of his skills are or who he has fought, he makes you want to watch him; either because you want to see him get knocked out or because you just never know what you are going to get out of him. Especially in a post fight interview.
